Communications Acquires Aeromet, Inc.
L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) announced today
that on May 30, 2003 it acquired all of the
issued and outstanding stock of Aeromet, Inc.
The transaction, which
is valued at approximately $20 million, is expected to be slightly accretive
to L-3 Communications’ earnings. Aeromet had annual sales of $30 million
in 2002. |
