From military to commercial aviation, L3 Cincinnati Electronics’ (L3 CE) experienced team of Environmental Services personnel and facilities are ideally suited to meet the required EMI/EMC needs.

Our Environmental Services Group performs emissions and susceptibility testing to ensure a product meets its intended performance in the ever-increasing and challenging electromagnetic environments.

L3 CE, with 50 years of aerospace, aviation and defense testing experience, coupled with modern equipment and facilities, has an experienced Environmental Services Group able to handle complex test services. Emission tests are performed to measure the RF spectral content emitting from a product’s cables or chassis, while susceptibility tests are performed to ensure the product operates as intended while susceptibility signals are intentionally induced into the product’s cables and chassis. Electromagnetic Simulation and Analysis Tool (EMSAT) capabilities permit circuit board analysis to address EMI/EMC performance during product design.
