At L-3 Communications, Electron Devices the backbone of our technology is the vacuum electron device. In such amplifiers or oscillators, output power is produced by the interaction of an electron beam with a microwave or millimeter wave structure. Their development typically requires innovative solutions to electronic, thermal, mechanical, chemical, metallurgical, and vacuum technology problems. We also design and manufacture high performance power conditioners (which drive these devices), and fully integrated microwave power modules.

Payday: Paychecks are provided bi-weekly. As an employee of Electron Devices your paycheck can be automatically deposited to the financial institution of your choice.

Holidays: Employees receive 10 fully paid holidays per year: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after, and Christmas Day and three other floating days.

Vacation: Employees accumulate vacation days each pay period according to length of service. New employees will accumulate 2.05 hrs per week.Both facility close for scheduled plant maintenance for up to 10 days each year: 4 or 5 in the summer and the week between Christmas and New Years.
