L-3 Sets New Milestones

L-3s CEA, the world’s most efficient UHF TV transmitting tube continues to set milestones in the broadcast industry. First fielded in April of 2003 at WDSE in Duluth, the oil-cooled MSDC IOT has proven its reliability, performance and power saving capabilities. With over 55 tubes now on the air and 10 more scheduled for the first quarter of 2006, the CEA continues to be the market leader for DTV transmission when energy conservation is a priority.
