Since 9/11 our need to gather, analyze, and effectively share intelligence to safeguard the United States has lead L-3 ESSCO (Wolf Coach) to design and build some of the most technically advanced vehicles in the industry today. Our full line of mobile communication vehicles, covert surveillance vehicles, perimeter check point vehicles and other specialty vehicles, allow our first responders and various government agencies to manage situations in real time that may be critical to the safety of the United States. We take great pride in our ability to provide decision makers with the tools necessary to manage these situations and to provide solutions for the ever changing threats we face from those who would wish us harm. MC-2 Mobile Communicator
The MC-2 Mobile Communicator is a multi-mission emergence response vehicle designed for first responders. Its modular design allows for custom configurations. Options such as rear briefing area, roof mounted HVAC, video over IP and Audio / Video systems can be added for extra capabilities. The vehicle is built on a rugged Chevrolet Suburban chassis with 4 X4 capability and powered by a 20Kw generator or shore power. The MC-2 is U.S. Military air transport certified.

Covert Surveillance Vehicles
As the word covert would imply, L-3 ESSCO Covert Surveillance Vehicles are designed to blend into the environment and complete their mission requirements unnoticed. L-3 ESSCO can custom design these vehicles to fit virtually any platform. The vehicles come with battery systems that allow for prolonged noiseless operation. For situations where these vehicles may be in harm’s way we offer optional ballistic protection.

NERV /HQ35
The NERV / HQ35 is a networked emergency response vehicle. It provides full operational capability for 6-operators and is provided with a 8-person conference room. The vehicle comes on a Freightliner chassis, 35 feet in length. Other sizes are available on request. The design of the vehicle is extremely versatile that can be configured to your needs and is provided with multiple roof mounts for antennas and cameras.
