Jerry Ozovek joined ETI in February 2012 as president as well as Senior Vice President of the Space & Power Systems Sector, one of two sectors in L-3’s Microwave Group.

He joined L-3 in 2003 as Vice President of Operations for SPD Electrical Systems. In early 2005, he was named SPD's Executive Vice President. Two years later, he assumed the role of President & General Manager of SPD. In January 2009, he was appointed President & General Manager of L-3's Ocean Systems and MariPro business units. In January 2011, he was promoted to the role of President of L-3's Power Systems Group and President of L-3 Power Paragon business unit in Anaheim.

Jerry has more than 30 years of "hands-on" operational and strategic management experience with defense companies including BAE Systems, EDO Corporation, and several divisions of General Electric. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University. In addition, Jerry has completed graduate studies in Strategic Business Management at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
