Job title:BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/DIRECTOR
Department: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Essential Functions: Identifies, qualifies and captures new business in support of major EW system and platform programs. Manages up to 3 Sales Reps to expands business with existing customers and develops relationships and revenue with new customers. Establishes program win strategies, leads major business capture teams, supports proposal preparation and leads business negotiations. Supports VP in functional activities such as trade shows, presentations, booking reviews, forecasting and planning.
Responsibilities may also include:
• Program Management
• Performing market research to identify business and quantify opportunities for products and technologies
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Developing marketing and sales literature for new product releases and business development
• Preparing presentation materials
Qualifications:
Requires BS in Engineering discipline, MS preferred, and a minimum of five years in a technology driven, defense/aerospace, business development, or marketing environment experience. Program management or systems design experience highly preferred. Experience with DoD business development and proposal generation. Experience with EW, CNI, AEW systems and programs. Proven ability to work independently in a satellite or home office operation. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required. Very high energy level with a positive disposition, self-starter, and customer focused.

Job title:CNC JOURNEY I/II MACHINIST
Department: OPERATIONS
Essential Functions: Responsible for set up, operation and programming of CNC equipment to produce a constant flow of machined parts within specified tolerances.
Major Responsibilities:
• Sets up and operates CNC machining equipment, utilizing part programs, operation sheets, and blueprints.
• Ensures parts meet tolerance specifications by spot checking and by routing first article to inspection. Makes necessary machine adjustments.
• Performs preventive maintenance of CNC equipment and general housekeeping functions.
• Edits programs as required. Writes programs for new parts.
•Performs limited, intermittent physical exertion. Works under acceptable conditions with some distraction due to occasional exposure to noise, dust, heat or chemicals.
Qualifications:
Normally requires a minimum of 9 years of related CNC and conventional machining experience, the ability to use complex mathematics, handbook formulas, and a wide variety of precision measuring and inspection instruments. Requires ability to read complex blueprints and drawings. Normally requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Specialized training in a CNC machine tool technology program desirable.
