9/80 Work Schedule
Would twenty-six, three day weekends fit your schedule? A 9/80 work schedule compresses 80 hours of work over a two week period from 10 days into 9 days. This is accomplished by working 9 hours days and one 8 hour day. This results in employees having alternating Friday's off, thus enjoying a three day weekend every other week.

Quarterly All Hands Meetings
Once every quarter Randtron's President meets with all employees
at a company-wide event to give an update on the state of the company.
A question and answer session concludes the briefing.
Discounted tickets are offered to local professional events including;
Baseball, Basketball, Hockey.
An annual favorite! Employees team up for golf followed by lunch
in the clubhouse.
A sharing event for employees to bring in their favorite holiday
Traditionally this event is held at a local venue which provides
a sit down meal and raffle prizes.
