L-3 SCM expands production
and test facilities to keep pace with demand for miniature
video/data links for Unmanned Systems.
Due to the recent insatiable demand for Unmanned Air Vehicle
Systems by the Military that rely on L-3 SCM transmitters
and receivers for their surveillance downlinks, L-3 SCM
has undergone an expansion of its production and test facilities
to keep pace with the current demand, and to support future
forecasted demand for our products. The facility now occupies
12,942 square feet of engineering, production and test
floor space, and our production/test personnel has grown
by 50% within the last year.
