ANDY FORDHAM
Vice President and General Manager
L-3 WESCAM Sonoma Operations
Mr. Fordham received his Master of Science in Instrument Technology and Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from the Loughborough University of Technology in the United Kingdom. He has been with L-3 Communications since September 2003, first as Director of Engineering for L-3 Communications (WESCAM Healdsburg) and then as Director of Operations at L-3 EOIR, Inc. and is currently Vice President and Acting General Manager of L-3 WESCAM Sonoma. Prior to this, Mr. Fordham served as Vice President, Programs at Marconi Infochain, Engineering Director at Spectrx, Inc., and Director of Engineering and Product Support for GEC Marconi Avionics. |

Robert McAleer, Director of Operations for WESCAM Sonoma Operations, brings over 30 years of experience in the operations environment to L-3. Mr. McAleer has developed and implemented metric driven organizations in Automotive, Industrial, and Defense businesses resulting in World Class performance. A true believer of Lean since the mid 1990’s, Mr. McAleer has worked with Toyota and Nissan facilities in the US and Japan to develop an empowered employee approach to waste identification and elimination. Mr. McAleer is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Lean Master who received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Technical Institute and his MBA from the University of Illinois. |
