L-3 TW offers employees a unique work-life balance. Along with our 9/80 work schedule with alternating Fridays off, we offer flexible schedules and flex time when permitted. We care about our employees’ well-being by offering an Employee Assistance Program, an on-site fitness facility, smoking cessation assistance and other wellness initiatives. Our Recreation Committee creates a fun work environment and encourages employee camaraderie. Both employees and the company give back to the community through charitable donations.
