Orientation Program - Transitioning into a new organization takes time and exposes new employees to different businesses, cultures, and people. Our orientation program is designed to make this transition easy and comfortable.

Career Development and Planning - We have various career assessment tools and planning instruments available to assist employees with their career plans, including one-on-one career discussions with our Career and Learning Manager.

Educational Reimbursement Assistance Program - Wescam promotes learning and development and will contribute towards approved educational and training programs at all academic levels including certificate, undergraduate and graduate level courses or programs.

Employee Development - Your skills development will be identified through our performance management program. Both internal and external workshops, seminars and conferences are used to enhance our employee’s competencies.

Learning Resource Centre - The Wescam Learning Resource Centre contains learning materials, such as, books, videos, audiotapes and computer-based programs covering all subject matters to assist you with your personal and professional life.

Leadership Development - A variety of activities such as leadership assessments, 360° feedback, Wescam Leadership program, and other internal and external programs are used to assist in developing our leadership capabilities throughout the organization.

Community Contributions - Giving back to the community is an important part of Wescam’s culture. As a corporation we are examining how we can contribute within the communities where we live and work. Getting involved will strengthen our people and our communities.

Our Community
